2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered through blinkQR.app ("the App") by Bijleren BV ("we", "us", "the Provider").

By using our App, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

The App offers the following services:

• Management of QR codes and linked data (photos, audio, video)
• Sale of physical sticker sheets with QR codes
• Sale of online credits for linking data to QR codes

4. Account and Access

4.1 Age Requirements

• For managing QR codes: minimum 13 years
• For purchases: minimum 18 years

4.2 Account Creation

An account is required for managing QR codes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4.3 Account Blocking

Bijleren BV has the right to block accounts in case of misuse. When blocking an account, credits will not be refunded and unused sticker sheets are not recoverable.

5. Products and Prices

5.1 Sticker Sheets

• Prices are listed on blinkQR.app. Purchase is made on bijleren.eu
• Sticker sheets are physically shipped
• Sticker sheets are non-refundable once activated

5.2 Credits

• Prices are listed on blinkQR.app
• Credits are digital and will be added to the account within two business days after purchase
• Valid for one year after purchase
• Credits are non-refundable
• The value of a credit may change depending on when you purchase credits

6. Ordering and Payment

6.1 Payment Process

• Payment is processed through the online payment platform of bijleren.eu
• Available payment methods are determined by bijleren.eu
• Payment is due immediately upon ordering

6.2 Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email.

7. Delivery and Shipping

7.1 Delivery Times

Physical sticker sheets are shipped within 2-4 business days.

7.2 Shipping Costs

• Belgium: shipping included
• International: additional cost applies depending on location. This is calculated in the final step of the shipping process

7.3 Damaged Packages

In case of damage during transport, you must email info@bijleren.eu within 48 hours with your order number.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 Sticker Sheets

• Return possible within 14 days after receipt
• Only in original packaging, undamaged and unused (no data linked)
• When the return is successfully processed, we will refund the order amount minus €5 for shipping costs
• Return costs are at the customer's expense
• Customer is responsible for undamaged return shipping

8.2 Credits

Credits are non-refundable.

9. Data Storage and Availability

9.1 Data Availability

Data linked to QR codes remains available for at least 5 years.

9.2 File Formats

Supported file formats can be viewed on blinkQR.app on the creation page.

10. Responsibilities

10.1 User Responsibility

• You are responsible for protecting the content of your QR codes
• Settings are available in the App for this purpose
• You are responsible for the content you link to QR codes

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Bijleren BV is not responsible for:

• Content linked to QR codes by users
• Damage caused by misuse of the service
• Technical problems beyond our control

13. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and associated technology belong to Bijleren BV.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through the App.

15. Termination

Both parties can terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, linked data remains available according to article 9.

16. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Leuven.
